About these terms
These terms describe the use of WEPPY’s website, MCP server, Roblox Studio plugin, Dashboard, Explorer, and related account and license services. The account features described here are currently available in the account preview.

Purchases remain subject to the offer and checkout terms accepted when you bought access. Publishing this page does not retroactively change an existing purchase agreement. Where applicable law requires acceptance of a change, we will obtain it. Reviewing these pages alone does not record your acceptance of new purchase terms.
What WEPPY provides
WEPPY connects compatible AI agents and tools to Roblox Studio so you can work with scripts, instances, terrain, assets, synchronization, playtests, and user interfaces. Features depend on the product version, supported environment, configuration, and license plan. The Plans page and the product description at checkout explain what paid access includes.
WEPPY does not include an AI provider subscription or a Roblox subscription unless a particular offer explicitly says so. You arrange your chosen agent, model provider, Roblox account, and other required third-party services separately. WEPPY is an independent product and is not operated by Roblox, Google, or the AI providers it supports.
Eligibility and account security
You must be able to enter into the relevant agreement under the law that applies to you. If you need a parent or guardian’s consent, obtain that consent before creating an account or purchasing access. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
Where account sign-in is available, keep your provider account and WEPPY session secure. A Google sign-in identifies your WEPPY account; it does not automatically prove that you own a purchase made with the same email address. Purchase and license associations require the relevant verification steps. Do not share verification links or use another person’s account or purchase evidence.
Report suspected account or license misuse to [email protected]. We do not need your Google password to provide support.
Paid access, renewals, and cancellation
Paid access is sold through Polar or Gumroad. The checkout page identifies the product, price, currency, taxes where applicable, billing period, and whether the payment recurs. The payment provider’s buyer terms and the offer shown when you purchase govern the checkout transaction.
For a recurring subscription, charges continue according to the checkout terms until cancellation takes effect. Use the payment provider’s customer portal or purchase receipt to manage or cancel the subscription, or contact support for help finding the correct purchase. Signing out of WEPPY, disconnecting Google, uninstalling the toolkit, or requesting account deletion does not cancel a subscription.
A cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period ordinarily leaves access available until that period ends. Access may be restricted when a subscription ends, payment fails, a payment is refunded or reversed, or misuse is confirmed, subject to the purchased offer and applicable law. An operational grace period is not a promise of an additional paid service period.
Refunds and purchase support
Refund eligibility follows the product offer, the checkout provider’s applicable terms, and consumer rights that apply to the transaction. These terms do not create a universal refund window or override rights that cannot be waived. A change of mind, cancellation, technical problem, and unauthorized payment may require different handling.
For a purchase problem, email [email protected] with the purchase channel, approximate purchase date, receipt or order number if available, and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment card information. We may ask for evidence to locate the transaction and confirm ownership, and may refer payment processing or refund execution to the checkout provider. A refund or payment reversal may revoke the paid license access associated with it.

Licenses and acceptable use
You may use WEPPY and paid features within the scope of the software license notices and the offer you purchased. Do not resell, publish, or share license keys, account sessions, or verification credentials to give others unauthorized access. Device checks and usage controls may apply to paid access.
Do not use the service to access systems or projects without permission, steal credentials or personal information, distribute malicious code, violate another person’s intellectual property rights, interfere with service security or availability, or evade legitimate access restrictions. Do not use automated tools to abuse authentication, purchase verification, or license endpoints.
Software distributions may include open-source components or separate licenses. Those notices remain applicable. These terms do not remove permissions granted by an applicable open-source license.
Your projects and AI-generated work
You retain the rights you hold in your own project content. These terms do not transfer ownership of your scripts, models, prompts, or Roblox experiences to WEPPY. Third-party content and AI outputs may be subject to the licenses and terms of their providers; WEPPY does not guarantee ownership, uniqueness, or non-infringement of generated outputs.
AI agents can make mistakes and can modify or delete project data. Review requested actions, permissions, scripts, assets, and test results. Keep backups or version control before allowing changes to an important project. You are responsible for deciding whether generated or modified content is suitable for publication and for complying with Roblox and other platform rules.
Product telemetry is separate from project processing by your chosen agent or provider. The Privacy Policy explains that distinction.
Third-party services and availability
AI providers, Roblox, Google, Cloudflare, payment providers, and optional asset services have their own terms, fees, permissions, and privacy practices. Their availability or API changes can affect a WEPPY feature. Review their terms before connecting an account, submitting project content, or making a purchase.
We maintain and update WEPPY, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every configuration, or error-free AI results. Preview features may change or be withdrawn as they are tested. Changes to paid features remain subject to the purchased offer and applicable consumer rights.
Suspension, ending use, and data
We may restrict a session, device, or license where reasonably necessary to address a verified access problem, payment reversal, misuse, or security risk. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and give an opportunity to resolve it; urgent security action may need to happen first.
You can stop using the toolkit and contact us about your account or personal information. Any subscription cancellation must also be completed with the checkout provider. Ending use does not automatically erase records that are needed for transaction, security, dispute, or legal purposes. The Privacy Policy describes retention and requests; a self-service account deletion feature is not currently provided by the account preview.
Responsibility and consumer rights
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. No blanket waiver applies to intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to seek a remedy through an available court or consumer authority.
The appropriate remedy for a service or purchase problem depends on the purchased offer, the facts of the issue, the payment provider’s role, and applicable law. Contact support so we can investigate and identify the appropriate resolution.
Changes and contact
We will update the date at the top when these terms change. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and obtain acceptance or consent where required. We will not apply a new restriction retroactively to an existing purchase without the notice or agreement required by applicable law.
